Dispatch & Delivery
Products are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days within India, and 10–20 business days for international orders, depending on destination and customs.
Packaging
All jewellery and handicrafts are carefully packed in protective, bubble-wrapped packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Fragile items are double-boxed and marked accordingly.
Tracking
A tracking number is shared by email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package on delivery. If an item is damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours with a photo of the package and the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified claims.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Delays caused by customs are outside our control but we will assist in resolving any issues.
